BanyanWay implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of your personal information.

3. No Membership or Subscription

Creating a profile does not constitute any membership or subscription to our paid services, including BanyanWay Signature or BanyanWay Connect.
At this stage, you will not be assigned a Relationship Manager.

4. Matching and Communication

We will reach out to you only if your profile matches one of our clients in the personalized service.
BanyanWay is not obligated to provide matches or guarantee the success of any connections made through the platform.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information on your profile.
Misrepresentation or inappropriate behavior may result in the removal of your profile from our platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

BanyanWay is not responsible for any emotional, financial, or physical outcomes resulting from interactions or connections made through our platform.

7. Modification of Terms

BanyanWay reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the platform will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Georgia.
